Learn the ancient, fluid movements of Tai Chi to help relieve stress and connect with your body. We begin with the four main energies (Ward Off, Roll back, Press and Push Down) of Tai Chi to understand balance, power and poise. We also train sensitivity and awareness of ourselves and the world with meditation and Chi Gung. We also will work with the energetics and theories of Xing Yi and Bagua. Beginners and experienced Tai Chi practitioners welcome!
